Move, Train & Stay Motivated

Create a workout that keeps count for you

Stop watching the clock. Let your workout guide you.

Imagine a squat session that tells you when to begin, counts each repetition, announces your rest period and encourages you through the final round.

Start with five squats per minute for five minutes. When that becomes comfortable, create a new version with more repetitions or a longer duration.

You could create:

  • Timed squat, press-up or stretching routines
  • Interval workouts with spoken countdowns
  • Walking sessions with pace reminders
  • Personal motivation tracks with your favourite music
  • Warm-up and cool-down sequences

Start where you are. Change your session as you improve.

Try it: The Squat Challenge

A simple spoken workout demonstrating how precisely timed audio can make exercise easier to follow.

Choose a ready-made workout, then learn how to create your own version using a voice recording or a free text-to-speech tool.

Relax, Unwind & Sleep

Build a bedtime experience that’s entirely your own

Perhaps you find spoken relaxation more helpful than music. Perhaps you prefer rainfall, a familiar voice or a slow transition into silence.

Instead of searching for a recording that almost suits you, create one that does.

Combine narrated stories, relaxation exercises, ambient sounds and optional binaural beats. Arrange when each element begins, ends, fades or repeats.

Ideas include:

  • Bedtime stories with gentle background sound
  • Progressive muscle relaxation
  • Guided wind-down routines
  • Rainfall, ocean or woodland soundscapes
  • Longer relaxation sessions with gradually changing audio

You choose what you hear and when you hear it.

Confidence, Self-Hypnosis & Personal Motivation

Make your own guided audio experience

Your own words can be particularly meaningful.

Record affirmations, guided imagery, self-hypnosis scripts or encouraging messages, then combine them with music, ambient sound and carefully timed pauses.

Create sessions for:

  • Building confidence before public speaking
  • Preparing mentally for an event or challenge
  • Practising positive self-talk
  • Guided imagery and visualisation
  • Morning motivation and personal reflection
  • Relaxation and self-hypnosis exercises

Build longer experiences from smaller recordings. Arrange an introduction, a guided exercise, moments of silence and a gentle ending.

For people who enjoy experimenting with stereo audio, different recordings can also be positioned across the left and right channels.

The content is personal because you create it.

Focus, Study & Learning

Turn a recording into a structured learning session

Audio isn’t just something to listen to. It can help structure the activities you want to practise.

Imagine a study session that begins with a short introduction, provides background audio while you work, reminds you when to take a break and signals when your session is finished.

Or create a language-learning track with a spoken phrase, a pause to repeat it and a second recording of the correct pronunciation.

Other ideas include:

  • Timed study and concentration routines
  • Language vocabulary practice
  • Recorded revision questions with answer pauses
  • Memory and recall exercises
  • Structured reading or writing sessions
  • Focus routines with optional binaural beats

Create a routine that fits the way you prefer to learn.

Guided Movement, Breathing & Mindfulness

Follow your practice without looking at a screen

Create an audio guide for yoga, stretching, breathing exercises, mindful walking or gentle movement.

Arrange spoken instructions, timed intervals, silent periods and soothing background sounds.

For example, a guided stretching session could introduce each movement, leave enough time to complete it, then gently signal the next exercise.

A mindful walk could alternate between short observation prompts and several minutes of uninterrupted environmental sound.

You decide the pace, the instructions and how much silence to include.

Create, Experiment & Explore Sound

Discover what happens when audio becomes a timeline

BinauraWave also gives you room to experiment.

Try a spoken story with atmospheric effects. Make a stereo sound journey. Combine several voice recordings with background audio. Create timed cues or build a longer experience from short reusable clips.

Experiment with:

  • Stereo positioning and alternating voices
  • Layered soundscapes
  • Repeated audio clips and timed effects
  • Silence, fades and overlapping recordings
  • Binaural beats and changing frequencies
  • Unusual, imaginative sound journeys

You don’t need to be a professional audio engineer to start exploring.

Sometimes the most interesting possibilities are the ones you discover by playing.

For Coaches, Guides & Audio Creators

Bring your own expertise to the experience

If you already create guided audio, BinauraWave offers another way to arrange and present your recordings.

A fitness instructor might build a timed exercise programme. A meditation teacher could combine spoken guidance with ambient sound. A hypnotherapist could structure a prerecorded relaxation or visualisation session.

Use material you have the rights to use, arrange it in the Studio and listen to the result.

Creator membership adds hosted audio and sharing capabilities, making it possible to offer published listening experiences without requiring listeners to assemble your source files.

How Does BinauraWave Work?

You don’t need to record directly inside BinauraWave or purchase specialist audio software.

1. Start with your audio

Use recordings you’ve made on your phone, audio you’ve created elsewhere or other files you’re entitled to use. You can also create spoken audio using a separate text-to-speech service.

2. Arrange your session

Open the free Studio, add your clips and place them on the timeline. Adjust timing, gaps, overlaps and supported playback settings. Add optional binaural beats if you wish.

3. Listen and refine

Play your session in the browser. Change the arrangement, replace recordings or adjust the experience until it suits you.

4. Save and return

Keep a local project backup and return to your creation later. Remember that local project files do not embed your original audio, so keep those source recordings too.

5. Host and share when you’re ready

Creator membership adds hosted audio storage, reusable uploaded recordings and shareable listening sessions, subject to the applicable membership allowances.

You can begin creating without any of those paid features.
