I wanted to create a simple repeated listening session using four short phrases:

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
Instead of trying to build a full audio track from scratch, I used a simple workflow: prepare the short phrase clips, load them into BinauraWave, loop them, and layer them with a calm pulse session.
The result is a personal audio session I can return to whenever I want a few minutes of calm, repetition, and focus.
This is not meant to replace meditation or inner work. It is simply a practical audio aid — something gentle to listen to when the mind is too busy to sit still on its own.
Step 1: Prepare the short phrase audio
First, I created a simple voice file with the four phrases I wanted to use:
I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

I used free software Audacity only for recording and basic editing. Nothing complicated — just enough to separate the phrases and create short audio files that could be loaded into BinauraWave.
This is the point where you can use your own voice, an AI voice, a recorded affirmation, a guided prompt, or any short piece of audio you want to turn into a session.
Step 2: Split the phrases without losing the timing
Next, I separated the phrase into individual audio clips.

The important part is keeping the timing intact. Instead of deleting sections and letting the audio shift around, I used silence to hold the gaps in place. That way, each phrase can sit in the right part of the loop.
This makes it possible to create a repeating pattern where each phrase appears in its own moment, rather than everything playing at once.
Step 3: Calculate the loop length
Once I knew the length of one phrase cycle, I calculated the full session length.
In this example, one loop is about 4.2 seconds.
I wanted the phrase cycle to repeat 108 times, so:
4.2 × 108 = 453.6 seconds
That gives a session length of roughly 7 minutes 34 seconds.
You could make this shorter or longer depending on the type of session you want to create. For example, a slower 8-second loop repeated 108 times would create a session of around 14 minutes 24 seconds.
Step 4: Load the audio clips into BinauraWave

Then I added the phrase clips into BinauraWave as audio clips.
Each clip can have its own settings, including:
start time
duration
looping
volume
pan position
fade in
fade out
For this session, I used a simple spatial pattern:
I’m sorry — Left
Please forgive me — Right
Thank you — Left
I love you — Centre
That gives the session a gentle movement without making it feel too busy.
The audio clips play as overlays on top of the main session. They are not ordinary timeline blocks. Their timing is controlled by the start time and loop settings.

Step 5: Listen to the finished session
Finally, I played the session in BinauraWave’s listening mode.
The voice clips repeat gently while the background pulse layer supports the session underneath. Once it is built, I can save it and return to it whenever I want.
That is the real value of BinauraWave:
You can take a simple idea — a mantra, affirmation, breathing prompt, sleep phrase, focus cue, or self-hypnosis-style suggestion — and turn it into a reusable personal audio session.
No complicated audio production workflow.
No need to start from scratch every time.
Just build the session, save it, and listen.
What this really shows
The point of this example is not the specific mantra.
You might want to build something completely different:
a sleep wind-down,
a breathing prompt,
a focus session,
a repeated affirmation,
a calming voice loop,
a self-hypnosis-style audio,
or a simple personal ritual you can return to.
That is what BinauraWave is built for.
It gives you a way to turn a simple audio idea into a reusable listening session — without needing complicated audio software.
